Both of these specialty blends aim to do the same thing which is to boost energy, curb appetite, and promote healthy skin, hair, and nails. Their nutritional breakdown only varies slightly.

How To Prepare Your Dry Tea:

Pour 1/2 of your tea packet into the bottom of a 32 oz cup. Add hot water to the cup. (Around 4 oz for a regular loaded tea or 8 oz for a specialty drink.) Stir. Mix remainder of the packet with another 2-4 oz of hot water and stir until dissolved. Add ice. Fill remainder of cup with room temperature or cold water. Stir and enjoy!
